I’ve been trying to be more mindful about how I start my mornings. I try to make something light but nourishing, tasty but not sugar-loaded, and definitely quick. Because let’s face it, we don’t all have the luxury of leisurely chopping papayas or waiting for oats to soak. Now, this Berry Blast Smoothie is my little secret weapon.
This smoothie came about during one such chaotic morning. I had a few strawberries and blueberries that were about to go “meh,” and also a banana that was looking lonely. What i can quickly whip up with these? Yes, a Smoothie. I decided to try out a smoothie with these and my trusty almond milk and Greek yogurt. I tossed it all in the blender, there I had an instant joy in a glass.
It’s now a regular part of my weekday rhythm. And the best part? It feels like a treat. Cold, creamy, slightly tangy with that mellow sweetness from the banana… it’s one of those “healthy things” that doesn’t feel like you’re sacrificing anything.

Berry Blast Smoothie
A refreshing and nutritious smoothie packed with berries, banana, and protein-rich Greek yogurt—perfect for busy mornings!
Ingredients
- ½ banana
