Blueberry Yogurt Bowl: Quick High-Protein Breakfast in 5 minutes

-

Over time, I’ve become more intentional about what I eat, especially in the mornings. Earlier, I would grab something quick while rushing out for work. However, I often found myself hungry again within an hour. Because of that, I started exploring combinations of food that could actually keep me full, energized, and satisfied.

This Blueberry Yogurt Bowl with Peanut Butter and Seeds came from that exploration.

Yogurt topped with granola was one of my easiest breakfast options. It was easy and convenient, but one day I decided to switch things up. Instead of granola, I added some blueberries and a spoon of peanut butter. The result? Not only did I genuinely enjoy my breakfast that day, but I also noticed something surprising — I wasn’t reaching for snacks while working. That small change made a big difference. Since then, this bowl has become one of my go-to options, especially on days when I don’t have time to prepare a full meal. It comes together quickly, yet it feels complete and satisfying. Add some pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to it and this wholesome bowl gives you a total of approximately 20gms of protein.

This dish is so indulgent that, this isn’t just limited to breakfast. You can enjoy it as a quick snack, or even a post-workout meal. It’s flexible, nourishing, and incredibly easy to put together. Sometimes, the simplest combinations truly turn out to be the most powerful.
