Garam masala is a traditional Indian spice blend with a warm, aromatic, and slightly intense flavor profile. In Hindi, “garam masala” translates to “hot spice blend,” reflecting the intensity of the spices used. This blend enhances the flavor of various Indian dishes, especially curries. Homemade garam masala has such an incredible aroma and depth of flavor that you won’t be able to resist making them yourself! It can be used as a marinade or to enhance the flavor of your favorite dishes. Unlike store-bought versions, a small quantity of this homemade garam masala is all you need to infuse a beautiful, rich flavor into your meals.
